The festival celebrates both traditional and contemporary Mexico.  It is a true journey across the country, a one-off opportunity to sample the finest agave spirits and meet distillers and creators behind one of the most up-and-coming spirit categories.

We are coming back this Autumn on the 8th and 9th of September. With more brands, masterclasses and seminars. This year’s Tequila & Mezcal fest will be held at Studio 9294 located in Hackney Wick.

Vinixcel

Vinixcel is a Mexican liquor distributor located in Jalisco State for Rancho Cebú, a distillery from Oaxaca State that produces artisanal mezcal.

Vinixcel is responsible for searching local and international expansion opportunities. The goal of Vinixcel is to increase the market in Mexico and the international market by creating friendly and respectful relationships with our customers, generating customized business strategies for each client.

Rancho Cebú Destilery, agave Field and Resort is also part of “Grupo Amantes”, that opened its doors 15 years ago in the municipality of Tlacolula de Matamoros, located in the Valles Centrales region of the state of Oaxaca.

In 2007, Grupo Amantes opened “Mezcaleria Los Amantes” in the most emblematic corridor downtown Oaxaca, and in 2010, Casa Mezcal was opened in New York City in USA.
Our goal is to create artisanal liquors made from agave obtained through the distillation of their fermented juices, where the aroma and flavor derive from the type of agave used, as well as the production process, diversifying their tasting profiles with factors such as soil type, topography, climate, water, “mezcalero master”, alcohol content, fermentation microorganisms, among others, that define the character and sensations produced by each mezcal.

The place where “Rancho Cebú” distillery is located is widely recognized for its mezcal production tradition, quality and taste. The project covers an area of 3,500 square meters distributed over 3 levels within a 10-hectare maguey plantation and even a thematic resort.
