AVÉ Tequila
As a single estate tequila, Avé handcrafts small batches. Carefully controlling each phase of the tequila making process from seed to soil, to distillation. This allows our master tequilero to create an exceptional tequila.
Hand Crafted from The Highlands Of Jalisco
The Avé state-of-the-art distillery was built combining the tradition, honor and pride of the tequilero’s skill and mastery with 21st-century technology. To set the stage for perfection, the distillery sits above its very own artesian water well which provides fresh spring water during our three-tier production process. Our goal was to capture the best of both worlds, intertwining the tradition of tequila making, while complimenting the process with modern refinements that promote efficiency, consistency, and purity.
Grown In History
Our agaves are 100% Blue Weber aged 5-7 years, grown and harvested in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.
Our tequila is 100% blue agave. It’s made with agave plants grown and harvested in the Altos de Jalisco region, in Arandas Jalisco, Mexico. We proudly pour each crystal-clear bottle of Avé giving our signature aroma with hints of citrus, and sweet agave.
Cooked In Tradition
Our agave pinas are cooked in traditional brick ovens that give us the characteristics of an artisanal tequila. Cooked for 60 hours, while most other producers cook in stainless steel autoclaves for 12 hours.
Bottled To Perfection
After our 72-hour fermentation process and our proprietary yeast blend, we proudly pour each crystal clear bottle of Ave giving our signature aroma with hints of citrus, and sweet agave.
Rooted In Tradition
Everything we do is rooted in passion for our heritage, craftsmanship, and our strong belief in sustainability. Our 100% blue Weber Agave plants are grown exclusively on our 2,000 acres of mineral-rich, dark-red, sandy soil, located over 5,000 meters above sea level in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.
