An insight on a 5th Generation family tradition and its artesanal production methods.

18:15-19:00 Mezcalosfera by Mezcaloteca

The Mezcalosfera by Mezcaloteca works with different  maestros mezcaleros from Oaxaca,

producing traditional mezcales, small batches with historical taste to inspire the category in the use of traditional recipes to export mezcales and educate palates outside of México.

19:30-20:15 CUERVO – ‘The Tequila Quarter Masterclass’

Take attendees to a hacienda in Mexico, Tequila Town, – A journey to the routes of our Tequilas, taking them through the different styles in terms of their differences in taste, production, price, use and design. The masterclass will finish with where it all starts with the Agave plant with an education of its many different forms.
